VP/Head of Large Deals & Strategic Pursuits
As a senior Business Development Leader, you’ll be at the forefront of high-stakes digital transformation pursuits—representing the agency in strategic engagements that demand vision, storytelling, and relentless drive. You’ll champion human-centered design as a key differentiator and help shape transformative solutions for enterprise clients. This is a senior role for a bold thinker and seasoned closer who can work alongside service line leadership and ensure that WongDoody’s financial portion of the deal is commensurate to our contribution to winning.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead qualified large deal pursuits from pitch through closure, driving significant revenue opportunities
Serve as the voice of the customer, employee, and partner as solutions take shape
Collaborate with service line leaders to embed experience design across all towers—even when not explicitly requested
Facilitate client workshops, highlighting the importance of world-class experiences in every solution
Protect WongDoody's scope within broader delivery frameworks, advocating through to final contracting
WHAT YOU'RE LIKE
Charismatic and influential communicator who can captivate stakeholders and guide strategic conversations
Passionate about experience design and its power to shape business outcomes
A resilient closer—calm under pressure and deeply committed to seeing deals through
Collaborative by nature but confident taking the lead when it counts
Empathetic and intuitive, with an ability to tune into client needs and translate them into visionary solutions
WHAT YOU'VE GOT
A strong track record of closing large, complex deals in agency or consulting environments
Experience working across service lines in hybrid or matrixed organizations
Fluency in experience design principles and customer journey thinking
Sharp negotiation and presentation skills that get noticed
A strategic mindset with storytelling chops that elevate the pitch
A firm understanding (a PHD preferred) in the Infosys DPS
A keen ability to bridge the gap between subsidiary and parent company and drive synergy for WongDoody
