Job Description:
Seeking a senior-level strategic communications and brand strategy consultant to support a global consumer technology client across flagship device launches, research-driven positioning, earned media strategy, and executive-level strategic counsel.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
β’ Lead strategic direction and messaging development for major flagship product launches
β’ Conduct and synthesize consumer, cultural, competitive, and media landscape research
β’ Develop positioning frameworks, messaging territories, and strategic narratives
β’ Partner with account, editorial, research, and creative teams on integrated initiatives
β’ Create POVs, thought leadership materials, and executive-ready presentations
β’ Support primary research initiatives including surveys, AI-assisted interviews, and discussion guides
β’ Develop earned media and cultural activation concepts tied to product sustain campaigns
β’ Provide strategic oversight and consultation on decks, Q&A materials, and industry trends
β’ Assist with ad hoc RFPs and high-priority presentations as needed
Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
β’ 10 years of experience in strategic communications, brand strategy, PR strategy, or integrated marketing
β’ Agency experience supporting enterprise or Fortune 500 clients
β’ Experience supporting large-scale consumer technology or innovation-focused brands
β’ Strong understanding of media, cultural, and technology trends
β’ Expertise developing strategic narratives and executive-level messaging frameworks
β’ Experience conducting or guiding qualitative and quantitative research initiatives
β’ Ability to synthesize complex information into concise strategic recommendations
β’ Strong presentation development and storytelling skills
β’ Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, editorial, and account teams
Preferred Qualifications:
β’ Consumer tech, AI, or smartphone category experience
β’ Experience supporting major product launches or innovation campaigns
β’ Familiarity with earned media strategy and thought leadership development
β’ Experience exploring emerging AI research tools and methodologies
