You will partner closely with cross functional leaders to align go to market execution with product innovation and customer outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & ExecutionOwn and execute the enterprise sales strategy for the US West region to drive revenue growth and expand market presenceDrive consistent achievement of revenue targets, pipeline growth, and key performance metrics across the regionAnalyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities and risksTeam LeadershipBuild, lead, and scale a high-performing enterprise sales teamFoster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvementCoach and develop sales leaders and individual contributors to consistently exceed targetsClient & Partner EngagementBuild and expand executive level relationships with key enterprise clients and partners to increase customer lifetime value and retentionIdentify and capture new market opportunities, including expansion into emerging segments and strategic accountsPartner with cross functional teams to align sales execution with product, marketing, and customer success strategiesOperational ExcellenceImplement data-driven processes to optimize sales performance and efficiencyMaintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting disciplineProactively identify gaps and take decisive action to ensure target attainmentMarket ExpansionIdentify and penetrate new market segments across the US West regionDevelop and execute territory and account expansion strategiesRequired Qualifications:12+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a bachelorâs degree in business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience with demonstrated ownership of regional or national revenue targetsProven track record of consistently exceeding enterprise sales quotas in B2B environmentsDeep experience in SaaS, CCaaS, AI technology, or enterprise software solutionsStrong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, deal structuring, and executive level stakeholder engagementDemonstrated ability to lead, coach, and scale high performing sales teamsStrong analytical capability with experience using data to drive forecasting, pipeline management, and performance optimizationWillingness and ability to travel as required across the region#LI-RemoteCompensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidateâs experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
