VP, Risk PMO Scrum Master/Coach

Lead and facilitate the implementation of scrum methodologies within the risk project management office (PMO). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Act as a coach and mentor for team members, providing guidance and support on scrum practices and principles. Monitor project progress and identify potential roadblocks, proactively finding solutions to ensure successful project delivery. Provide regular updates and reports on project status to senior management and stakeholders. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organization's risk management practices and strategies. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery processes. Collaborate with other scrum masters and project managers to ensure alignment and consistency across all projects. Serve as a subject matter expert on scrum methodologies and provide training and guidance to team members as needed. Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools and techniques to improve project delivery and risk management practices. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability within the team. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in risk management, project management, and scrum methodologies. Represent the organization in scrum-related conferences and events.
