VP, Revenue Enablement

Our product portfolio includes market-leading Career Transition and Coaching Services as well as Progression, our application for Career Frameworks and progression planning.The VP of Revenue Enablement owns the company’s global enablement strategy and execution, aligning sales methodology, content, systems, and insights to accelerate revenue growth. This leader ensures that all enablement initiatives directly translate into predictable billings, quota attainment, and seller productivity. The role partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Operations, Tech Enablement Partners and Finance to create a cohesive, data-driven commercial ecosystem. This is a 100% remote/work-from-home role.THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute the end-to-end revenue enablement strategy for new business, cross-sell, and upsell growth.   Align enablement outcomes with CRO priorities: bookings, billings, win rates, and cycle time reduction.   Oversee methodology, training, content, CRM governance, and analytics functions.   Lead a team of enablement managers (Content & Messaging, Sales Methodology & Training, Revenue Insights & Systems).   Drive executive reporting, impact measurement, and ROI of enablement initiatives.   Partner with Marketing on messaging alignment and campaign integration.   Maintain governance of the enablement tech stack and data ecosystem (HubSpot, SalesNavigator, Outreach.io, AiSDR, Saleshood and others as needed).   Participate in go-to-market team meetings to access and implement on-going sales enablement needs  Champion a culture of continuous learning, performance coaching, and operational excellence. THE MUST-HAVESStrategic leadership and vision setting   Cross-functional influence and executive communication   Data-driven decision-making and program measurement   Deep understanding of B2B, SaaS, sales motions and enterprise enablement   Change management and adoption leadership   IMPACT METRICSYear-over-year improvement in quota attainment and win rate   Reduction in ramp-up time for sellers   Forecast accuracy and CRM adoption metrics   Engagement and performance scores from sellers and leaders   At Careerminds, we believe that diversity in thought and cultural background leads to better teams and stronger companies.
