VP, Product Management (Data & AI Governance)

For our client, we are seeking a VP Product Management (data & AI Governance) to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. You’ll play a key role delivering outcomes for customers and stakeholders in the Enterprise Technology space. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and take ownership of priorities. This role offers visibility, growth, and impact. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 annually. • *Responsibilities • Define and own go-to-market strategy for data AI governance aligned with market needs • Build and lead a high-performing team focused on governance strategy and compliance • Develop governance frameworks addressing data and model governance as well as compliance standards • Partner with Engineering to embed governance capabilities in company's platforms • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure solutions meet evolving regulatory requirements • Represent company's governance vision externally and enhance thought leadership in the sector • Track success metrics and KPIs related to governance initiatives • *Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, AI, and governance roles; 5-7 years in senior leadership positions • Proven track record of building and scaling governance programs in enterprise settings • Deep knowledge of data governance disciplines such as data quality, lineage, and stewardship • Strong expertise in AI/ML governance including model monitoring and risk frameworks • Excellent strategic business acumen with the ability to quantify governance investments • *Benefits** • Access to health and wellness resources through CuraLinc • Wellness Fridays extending to December 2025 for improved work-life balance Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
