We are looking for a results-driven VP of Revenue to lead and optimize go-to-market execution across sales, marketing, and partner channels. This high-impact role requires building operational rigor, accountability, and alignment across cross-functional teams to scale revenue predictably. You will translate strategic GTM plans into action, oversee performance metrics, and drive initiatives that maximize growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution. Accountabilities
• Align cross-functional GTM execution, ensuring Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams operate cohesively under unified plans.
• Establish structured operating cadences, including weekly team huddles, monthly performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
• Design and maintain GTM management systems, including dashboards, reporting templates, and goal-tracking tools.
• Lead weekly GTM meetings, facilitating clear communication, surfacing blockers, and ensuring accountability.
• Foster a culture of high accountability with clear KPIs, coaching, and performance interventions as needed.
• Continuously refine GTM processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and lead-to-revenue handoffs.
• Drive special projects spanning multiple GTM functions and ensure timely delivery of results.
• Oversee sales enablement, onboarding, and ongoing training programs to equip teams for success.

Requirements
• 10+ years of progressive experience in GTM, Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations within high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
• 3-5 years in a management capacity, scaling GTM operations in a $20M→$100M+ ARR environment. Military leadership experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to build structured management systems, dashboards, and operational rituals to align teams.
• Strong operational excellence with attention to detail, organization, and process implementation.
• Strategic and tactical thinker, capable of both high-level planning and hands-on execution.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with high emotional intelligence.
• Self-motivated, driven to achieve ambitious targets, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models, B2B sales cycles, and partner channel management.
