VP of Product - AI Healthcare SaaS Startup
Our client, a rapidly growing AI healthcare SaaS startup, is looking for a VP of Product to support their innovative team. This hybrid role is based in the Seattle Metro Region. Join a mission-driven company focused on transforming healthcare operations through AI-driven solutions and strategic leadership.
This role is hybrid 3 days/week (minimum) in Bellevue, WA.
ā¢ VP of Product Responsibilities*:
ā¢ Define and manage the overall product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for the healthcare AI SaaS platform.
ā¢ Convert market insights and company goals into clear product initiatives that support business growth.
ā¢ Develop a thorough understanding of healthcare customer workflows, especially in revenue cycle management, payers, and providers, to guide product development.
ā¢ Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements to design, release, and adoption, ensuring high-quality delivery.
ā¢ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Compliance to drive product success and alignment.
ā¢ VP of Product Qualifications:*
ā¢ 10+ years of experience in product management
ā¢ 5+ years leading product teams.
ā¢ 2+ years of hands-on engineering experience in data products, ML, and workflow automation.
ā¢ Proven expertise in healthcare technology or similar sectors
ā¢ Extensive experience developing enterprise SaaS products
ā¢ Strong ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations)
ā¢ Define AI-enabled products
ā¢ Excellent communication skills with an executive presence.
