This role is ideal for a seasoned product executive with deep experience scaling high-impact product teams, driving cross-functional alignment, and delivering customer-centric innovation at speed.As a key leader within the organization, you will partner closely with the Chief Product & Technology Officer to define the roadmap for our most critical products and establish world-class product development processes. You will be responsible for elevating product quality, improving velocity, and ensuring that Kueski’s product strategy translates into meaningful business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct StrategyCollaborate closely with the CPTO, CEO, and other business leaders to identify key cross-product decisions that drive company growth. Strategically align product strategy with the company vision and integrate the product team’s initiatives into a multi-year product roadmap.Product Management ExcellenceFoster and drive excellence in product management practices including product planning, customer discovery, product definition, testing, and deploying. Monitor the performance and quality of deliverables of product teams, nurturing a culture focused on user engagement, speed, quality, and accountability.Team LeadershipDevelop a strong product culture and team of skilled product managers. Build and enhance the capabilities of the product team by prioritizing recruiting, training, and ongoing coaching of product managers. Ensure alignment, consistency, and strong collaboration across product teams.Position RequirementsAt least 10 years of experience developing or managing well-regarded products, preferably with experience in building a financial super-app or product ecosystem.Proven track record in scaling and leading a high-performing product organization. Exceptionally organized and methodical in building a product management practice.Experience in defining product vision and roadmaps and managing multiple priorities effectively.Highly collaborative leader with a demonstrated ability to motivate teams to move in the same direction and organize product, engineering, and design teams to continuously innovate by iterating quickly and learning from mistakes.Non-conventional thinker with a proven track record of building creative products.Good instincts and deep analytical thinking to focus on the things that matter most.Proven ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization, and in a variety of contexts.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and agile development environment.Expertise in product roadmapping tools; familiarity with both mobile and web development technologies.Fluency in both Spanish and English is preferred.At Kueski we embrace diversity in all forms, systematically promote equity, and ensure everyone feels included with a sense of belonging.
