Your key responsibilities include:Driving Business Growth: Ensure that marketing initiatives directly contribute to revenue and long-term success.Overseeing Brand Positioning & Demand Generation: Develop marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand visibility.Data-Driven Strategy: Use performance analytics to track KPIs (pipeline growth, conversion rates, brand impact) and optimize marketing ROI.Cross-Functional Leadership: Align marketing efforts with company objectives, collaborating with sales, product, and creative teams.Scaling & Optimizing Marketing Efforts: Manage and grow a high-performing marketing team, ensuring measurable and scalable strategies.Multi-Channel Execution: Oversee content marketing, paid ads, SEO, email campaigns, and social media engagement.Where You Will Be WorkingThis is a hybrid role based in Austin, Texas.
