VP of LTSS Decision Support

We are seeking an experienced operations leader to develop and deploy Jukebox Healths Decision Support service line for Medicaid LTSS plans and HCBS programs. In this critical role, you will play a crucial role in understanding the needs of our clients and developing clinical processes and software solutions to serve those clients and their members. You will have full P&L responsibility and broad authority to build an industry-defining service.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the strategic vision for Decision Support, aligning with company goals and payer needs
Lead the design and scaling of clinical operations, establishing efficient workflows and processes to deliver high-quality, ROI-driven outcomes
Own the P&L for Decision Support, driving growth, sales, and profitability through new and existing payer partnerships
Foster and maintain strong relationships with health plan stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring long-term collaboration
Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of clinicians, analysts, and operational staff to scale Decision Support capabilities
Represent Jukebox Health as a thought leader in the industry by contributing to conferences, white papers, and other forums
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the Decision Support offering and incorporate innovation and feedback into product development
Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory changes to position Jukebox Health as a leader in home and community-based care solutions
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Deep experience within LTSS and HCBS; past roles in LTSS plan leadership are a huge plus
Demonstrable track record of building and scaling clinical or care management operations.
Deep understanding of Medicaid LTSS programs, policies, and challenges
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
