Come join an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact!Role OverviewThe VP of Finance will be a key, hands-on leader guiding financial strategy while enabling business growth at scale. This role will oversee all financial operations and serve as a critical business partner to the executive team.Once here, you willDevelop and execute a financial strategy aligned with the company's mission and growth objectivesLead investor relations and due diligence processesBuild scalable financial systems and processes that can accommodate rapid growthOversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the organizationProvide strategic guidance on unit economics, growth investments, and capital allocationManage relationships with investors, financial institutions and partners Direct the accounting, treasury, and financial reporting functionsLead financial risk management in collaboration with compliance initiativesServe as a strategic advisor to the executive team on business operations and growth opportunitiesLead financial risk management in collaboration with compliance initiativesWhat we are looking for8+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including at least 2 years in a senior finance role at a high-growth startupBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferredExperience scaling finance organizations and operations through different growth stagesExperience building financial systems, processes, and teams from the ground upProven track record of investor relations managementStrong strategic thinking with the ability to translate financial insights into business decisionsExcellent communication skills for presenting complex financial information to diverse audiencesCorporate development experience is a plusAtomic is an equal opportunity employer that values the benefits of diversity and prohibits discrimination and harassment.
