Do not reach out Requirements • Must come out of a Software or SaaS company • Snowflake experience • Develop and align a multi-year strategy for AI and data to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase the value of technology investments. • Build strong partnerships across internal business, technical, and operational teams. • Create a talent and skills strategy that strengthens digital capabilities and supports continuous improvement and innovation. • Promote a data-driven culture using clear metrics and KPIs to guide decisions and improve customer and business outcomes. • Collaborate with privacy and security teams to establish AI data standards and governance. • Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of tools that improve communication, collaboration, and productivity. • Manage relationships with key technology partners and ensure accountability to service expectations. • Establish measurement frameworks to track progress, quality, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
