VP- IT Business Lead Analyst- C13 (Hybrid) - Remote
Overview
As an IT Business Lead Analyst/Technical Owner, you will lead the building of next generation customer centric Credit Card Capabilities supporting the Business and Technology teams in all phases of Project life cycle.
In Short
Ā Lead concept sessions with business to understand and document high level features and epics.
Ā Translate features and capabilities into system impacts and High level design.
Ā Drive transformation of existing monolithic/legacy services into fine grained reusable microservices and APIs.
Ā Drive complex projects spanning multiple scrum teams.
Ā Work closely with Architects to create system architecture and microservice design.
Ā Create as-is and to-be flows for the processes being transformed.
Ā Provide input during development and implementation phases.
Ā Identify and communicate risks and impacts and propose risk mitigation options.
Ā Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications.
Ā Evaluate new IT developments and recommend appropriate systems alternatives.
Requirements
Ā 6-10 years of experience.
Ā Experience with distributed design and development (Java/C++/C#).
Ā Experience with distributed or mainframe data repositories (Oracle/Mongo/DB2/VSAM).
Ā Knowledge of credit card processes a plus.
Ā Exposure to cloud technologies (OpenShift Enterprise, SpringBoot, AWS).
Ā Ability to apply design principles and patterns.
Ā Proficiency in MS Office with extensive experience using Excel for data analysis.
Ā Experience with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle.
Ā Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Ā Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.
