Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President, Human Resources, to lead people shared services. Based in India, the VP will have global responsibilities for the IT Service Desk and HR Help Desk, while also overseeing Facilities Management across India, EMEA, and APAC regions. As a key regional HR leader, the VP will work closely with local leaders to promote cross-functional collaboration, operational excellence, and alignment with global organizational goals and values WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Global Shared Service Leadership Lead the global HR Help Desk team, ensuring effective resolution of employee queries with a focus on compliance, accuracy, and satisfaction. Oversee global IT support operations, driving consistent, timely, and effective resolution of technical issues. Align IT and HR to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new hires and a professional, supportive offboarding process for departing employees. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of Shared Services operation Utilize data and feedback to improve processes and enhance the employee experience. Leverage technology to improve service efficiency and minimize downtime across regions. Align global Shared Services initiatives with company objectives and adapt strategies for regional nuances. Facilities Management Lead the India facilities team to ensure safe, sustainable, and employee-friendly facilities for the region Drive efficiency and cost optimization initiatives in facility operations, tailored to regional requirements. Own Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives for the region 3. HR Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as a regional HR leader, building strong partnerships with local and global business leaders. Facilitate cross-functional calibration discussions to align priorities, resources, and employee workplace experiences for the region. 4. Team Development Build and nurture high-performing global and regional HR, IT, and Facilities teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and inclusivity. Invest in professional development to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge to excel. WHAT YOU BRING Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 18+ years of HR experience with a recent focus on Shared Services, including leadership roles with global responsibilities. Proven expertise in managing IT Service Desk, HR Help Desk, and Facilities operations across multiple regions. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across cultures and geographies. Experience in a global organization with large, diverse teams.
