The VP of Data & Analytics position will report to the Chief Operating Officer.
As the VP of Data & Analytics you will:
Ā Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy while building and leading high-performing, cross-functional data teams to foster a data-driven culture and enable data-informed decision-making.
Ā Facilitate collaboration with business leaders to identify innovation opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and effectively communicate complex insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
Ā Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines, warehouses, and governance frameworks to support analytics, ensure data quality, and empower self-service analytics.
Ā Own pricing strategies, including dynamic pricing models, price elasticity analyses, and experimentation initiatives to drive business outcomes.
Your Impact:
Ā Lead the charge in driving our analytics strategy, delivering high-impact insights that shape key decisions. You will play a pivotal role in converting raw data into actionable insights, empowering teams to drive business growth, foster innovation, and maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
About You:
Ā Master's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Ā 10+ years of leadership experience in data and analytics, including a track record of building and scaling high-performing data teams and cloud-based data platforms, while modeling leadership principles.
Ā Deep expertise in working with large, complex datasets, predictive analytics, machine learning, and advanced analytical tools to extract actionable insights.
Ā Experience leading the development of a robust and scalable data platform that can support the organization's growing data needs.
Ā Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business insights and coordinate cross-functionally with key stakeholders and effectively communicate complex data insights to technical and non-technical audiences, including C-suite.
Ā Experience in financial services or fintech preferred, with a solid understanding of structured and unstructured data analytics.
