Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Volunteer Grant Writer to support our fundraising efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is excited about womenâs health, education equity, and building impact-driven programs from the ground up.
You will play a key role in helping secure funding to expand our digital platform, pilot programs in schools and workplaces, and community outreach initiatives.
Responsibilities
⢠Research and identify relevant grant opportunities (foundations, corporate, and government)
⢠Write compelling grant proposals, letters of inquiry (LOIs), and funding applications
⢠Collaborate with leadership to gather program details, budgets, and impact data
⢠Track grant deadlines, submissions, and reporting requirements
⢠Assist in developing a grant calendar and funding strategy
⢠Support reporting and follow-up communications with funders
Qualifications
⢠Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
⢠Experience in grant writing, fundraising, nonprofit work, or related field (preferred but not required)
⢠Highly organized with attention to detail
⢠Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
⢠Passion for womenâs health, education, and social impact
