Volunteer Campaign Manager (Remote)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Volunteer Campaign Manager to lead and coordinate volunteer efforts remotely. Duties

• Manage volunteer databases using Salesforce and Raiser's Edge to track engagement and campaign progress.
• Coordinate volunteer training and development programs to ensure effective participation in campaigns.
• Supervise volunteer teams, providing guidance, support, and supervision to maximize their contributions.
• Organize and oversee volunteer activities related to campaign events, ensuring smooth execution.
• Utilize social media platforms to promote volunteer opportunities and engage with the community.
• Conduct public speaking engagements to promote campaigns and recruit volunteers.
• Collaborate with management on campaign planning, reporting, and strategy adjustments.
• Support social work initiatives by aligning volunteer efforts with organizational goals.
Skills
• Proven experience in volunteer management, supervising teams, or social work roles.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise diverse groups of volunteers.
• Excellent public speaking skills for outreach and promotional activities.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Raiser's Edge for data management and reporting.
• Experience in campus recruitment, recruiting strategies, or social media management is highly desirable.
• Ability to develop training programs and facilitate training & development sessions for volunteers.
• Strong management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills with a focus on social media management and community engagement.
