Voice Of The Customer Program Manager
About the position
We are seeking a dedicated Project/Program Manager II to join our dynamic team. This full-time role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with core hours from 9 AM to 5 PM or 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. While the position is primarily remote, candidates should be available to visit our SEA41 office as needed for in-person sessions. Must be local to the Greater Seattle Area to be considered.
Responsibilities
⢠Coordinate and complete projects and programs, overseeing all aspects to ensure timely and efficient execution.
⢠Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor the progress of projects.
⢠Prepare detailed reports for upper management regarding the status of projects and programs.
⢠Work with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, marketing, and QA, to provide value and move projects forward.
⢠Engage in stakeholder management and project management, focusing on improving internal processes and streamlining operations.
⢠Be comfortable with data and reporting, following established guidelines to build out necessary reports.
⢠Lead and direct the work of others with creativity and autonomy, relying on extensive experience and judgment.
⢠Interact with teams developing new devices and features, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Requirements
⢠Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in project or program management.
⢠Proficiency in Excel and experience with program management and project management.
⢠Ability to analyze engagement trends and experience in marketing analytics.
⢠Familiarity with voice of customer/feedback programs and survey creation.
⢠Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work autonomously.
⢠Experience in basic data analysis and the ability to explain results.
Nice-to-haves
⢠Experience with Qualtrics or other survey platforms is a plus.
⢠Background in similar industries or previous experience with our organization is advantageous.
⢠Quick learning ability and a proactive approach to improving processes.
