Role Overview
We are hiring Voice Actors to record voice samples for AI model training and evaluation. In this role, you will record scripted and unscripted speech across emotions, accents, and styles, and evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness. The ideal candidate has voice acting experience and a quality home recording setup.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Record voice samples across scripted, conversational, and emotional content.
ā¢ Evaluate AI-generated voice and speech outputs using structured rubrics.
ā¢ Provide written feedback on naturalness, prosody, and intelligibility of AI voice.
ā¢ Maintain consistency in tone, character, and quality across recordings.
ā¢ File clean evaluation reports with clear written justification.
ā¢ Contribute to rubric design for voice quality assessment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
ā¢ 1+ years of voice acting, voice over, or audio recording experience.
ā¢ Quality home recording setup (USB or XLR mic, treated room or booth).
ā¢ Native or near-native fluency in at least one language.
ā¢ Clear written communication for evaluation feedback.
ā¢ Strong attention to detail and ear for audio quality.
ā¢ Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
ā¢ Demo reel or portfolio of voice work.
ā¢ Experience with audio editing software (Audacity, Adobe Audition, Reaper).
ā¢ Multiple character voices or accent range.
ā¢ Experience evaluating AI or LLM output quality.
ā¢ Background in theater, narration, or commercial voice work.
