About the Role

Babel Audio is seeking professional Hindi-speaking voice actors for a solo performance project. Your performances will be used to train AI systems to better understand and express human emotion.This is interpretive, character-driven work that requires genuine craft, and we have structured this engagement to reflect that.

You will receive a script and scene brief, study the emotional context, and deliver a performance that is true to the character and moment. The scenes are specific and emotionally rich. You might perform as:
• A bride, bidding farewell to her family during her vidai, overwhelmed with emotion (एक दुल्हन, जो विदाई के समय अपने परिवार से विदा ले रही है, भावनाओं से भरी हुई)
• A father, holding his newborn child for the first time, overcome with emotion (एक पिता, जो पहली बार अपने नवजात शिशु को गोद में लेकर भावुक हो रहा है)
• A shepherd, spotting a wolf in the distance, becoming alert to protect his herd (एक चरवाहा, जो दूर एक भेड़िये को देखकर अपने झुंड को बचाने के लिए सतर्क हो गया है)
• A doctor, with a heavy heart, delivering the news of a patient’s passing to their family (एक डॉक्टर, जो भारी मन से मरीज के निधन की खबर उसके परिवार को दे रहा है)
• A runner, after years of training, nearing the finish line and filled with emotion (एक धावक, जो वर्षों की मेहनत के बाद फिनिश लाइन के करीब पहुँचकर भावनाओं से भर गया है)

Recordings are under one minute. You select which scripts to take on, and you work entirely on your own schedule.

Who You Are
• Native-level fluency in Hindi
• Professional background in voice acting, dubbing, narration, audiobook recording, or similar
• Able to deliver expressive and engaging vocal performances across a variety of styles and emotions
• Comfortable interpreting a scene brief and working independently with minimal direction

Compensation
• $60 USD / recorded hour
• Additional performance-based incentives may be available

Technical Requirements
• External microphone; pop filter or windscreen strongly recommended
• Quiet, acoustically controlled recording environment
• Stable internet connection capable of supporting smooth audio recordings
