VOC - VTC Technician - Senior (Government)

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located at customer's location. AT&T has an opening for a VTC Technician to provide technical expertise to a team conducting 24x7 video operations center support. Job Duties/Responsibilities: Perform remote and on-site troubleshooting of video teleconferencing and related video systems. Install, upgrade and repair video systems at various customer locations. Operate, install, maintain, and troubleshoot VTC systems such as Polycomm and Cisco. Design and implement VTC systems at customer locations. Required Clearance: TSSCI with poly (#tssci) (#polygraph) Required Qualifications: Candidate must have a total of 10 years of applicable experience. The experience can be a combination of degree and work history. This can be a High School degree and 10 years of work history OR an Associate’s and 8 years, a Bachelors’ and 6 years, a Masters and 4 years or a PhD and 0 years of work history. Must be fully versed in the operations, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of VTC systems from manufactured such as Polycomm and Cisco. Highly skilled in installing, repairing, and troubleshooting VTC devices and systems Demonstrated ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics Proficient in working with end-users remotely Familiar with Active Directory security and policies Desired Qualifications: Polycom, Tandberg, Cisco VTC Gateways, AMX, CompTIA A+, Security+ Our VTC Technician's earn between $89,200 - $141,611.
