VM Designer

Industrial Color is a division of CoCreativ, specializing in creative production services for top brands. As a Visual Merchandiser Designer, you will support the execution of visual merchandising initiatives, collaborating with teams and vendors to create outstanding visual experiences that align with the brand's identity. Responsibilities Support the development of visual merchandising guidelines for all marketing programs Sketch and design new visual merchandising concepts for events/hallmark spaces Ownership and maintenance of VM asset library to support guidelines and planograms Assist in building preliminary mockups of new concept design models and visual storyboards as needed Assist in preparation of material and presentations for internal reviews Project management, communication of and track timelines with external vendors and internal cross-functional teams Collaborate with the creative team and project manager to ensure on-time delivery of visual merchandising-related creative assets Skills Ability to work in both 3D and 2D and oversee the entire scope of VM and design projects Ability to project manage, communicate and track timelines with external vendors and internal cross-functional teams Results-oriented and action-driven, with a proactive approach to initiative, ownership, and accountability Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment 1-2 years of visual merchandising experience Bachelor's degree, preferably in Visual Design, Merchandising, Fine Arts, or Interior Design Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp (required), Microsoft Office Benefits Major medical Dental and vision insurance FSA HSA Commuter benefits Employee discounts Company Overview Industrial Color is a photography company offering creative production and post-production services.
