Responsibilities Work across a diverse range of creative projects including social content, digital advertising, presentations, brand assets, email visuals, and marketing materials Contribute to the overall visual direction of the brand, bringing ideas forward while maintaining consistency across all platforms Collaborate with cross-functional teams and play an active role in shaping creative output Skills Proficiency in Visual Design and Graphic Design tools and techniques Ability to create engaging Graphics for both digital and print media Strong attention to detail and creativity in problem-solving Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Excellent ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment Portfolio showcasing a range of work across different formats and visual challenges, demonstrating both strong creative thinking and execution Experience or strong interest in generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Canva, Nano Banana, or similar platforms Curiosity for exploring new tools and workflows to improve efficiency Ability to balance creative thinking with streamlined production processes Company Overview Spector & Co is a supplier of writing instruments, journals and other business gifts to the promotional products industry.
