Visual Designer

AAA Mountain West Group is seeking a Visual Designer to join their internal creative services team. The role focuses on product marketing creative, requiring strong design skills across various media including social, video, and digital content, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies. Responsibilities Understanding of fundamental design principles for social, video, digital, and print that affect composition, color, typography, imagery, use of space and hierarchy of information Conceptual and brainstorming skills are a must as you will be expected to carry out a concept from start to completion, on your own Ability to deliver strong designs during rapid, iterative processes and multitask in both conceptual and production-level projects Capable of clearly and effectively communicate ideas Ability to contribute to shaping the creative thought leadership for new campaign designs Experience/openness to deploying AI tools, within legal and policy guidelines of our organization Collaborates with product marketing to ensure design solution meets product requirements and compliments product marketing strategy across various marketing channels Prepares and presents creative concepts to the stakeholders for feedback, direction and approval Skills Understanding of fundamental design principles for social, video, digital, and print that affect composition, color, typography, imagery, use of space and hierarchy of information Conceptual and brainstorming skills are a must as you will be expected to carry out a concept from start to completion, on your own Ability to deliver strong designs during rapid, iterative processes and multitask in both conceptual and production-level projects Capable of clearly and effectively communicate ideas Ability to contribute to shaping the creative thought leadership for new campaign designs Experience/openness to deploying AI tools, within legal and policy guidelines of our organization Collaborates with product marketing to ensure design solution meets product requirements and compliments product marketing strategy across various marketing channels Prepares and presents creative concepts to the stakeholders for feedback, direction and approval A strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating digital expertise and brand storytelling Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, AfterEffects, and an understanding of design system best practices, action scripting, and HTML CSS as it applies to digital design Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong strategic thinker, able to establish a look and feel, evaluate a creative approach, brainstorm, think and respond quickly while delivering original and innovative ideas A positive and clear communicator— able to articulate ideas and voice constructive opinions A great collaborator and able to work with people across multiple categories and functional areas Bachelor's degree required; Design or related preferred 1-3 years experience Benefits 401k Matching – $1 for $1 company match up to 6% of eligible earnings per pay period Benefits – Medical, Dental, Vision, wellness program and more!
