The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior visual skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional digital designs.ResponsibilitiesCreate and refine our visual design language including logos, branding, landing page, social media material and all other digital design. Create visual design work from ideation to mock-ups to implementation.Define and evolve the visual tone, color palette, and overall aesthetics - creating documentation of assets/guidelines/templates.Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineeringEstablish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standardsCreating visual elements, effects, and animations using 3D modeling, texturing, and other techniquesCreating visually motion graphics and animations for various digital media platformsCollaborate with internal and external design stakeholders and partnersBasic Qualifications3+ years experience in Visual DesignBS/MS in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Fine Art or equivalent experienceDemonstrable visual design skills with a strong portfolioExperience in creating branding, websites, 3D, video designProficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or other visual design and wire-framing toolsAbility to solve problems creatively and effectivelyUp-to-date with the latest visual trends, techniques, and technologiesPreferred QualificationsUnderstanding and experience with SaaS, AI, web3 and blockchain is a plusBilingual in Mandarin and English at work proficiencyBasic knowledge of using Framer Additional NotesAPAC and North American regions and time zones are preferredContract to hire is strongly preferred, but full-time direct hire will be consideredWhat We Offer | Shape the future of AI and Blockchain with a global and diverse team of industry experts on a mission to drive the AI industry forward.⚙️ | Work closely with pioneering AI companies and startups | High competitive compensation package | Comprehensive health benefits and vacation time | Receive support for career and professional development
