The CSR is responsible for the full cycle:Capture the customer needsAdvice on potential solutionsWork with design & production so the product is manufactured according to the specificationsPerform quality control checksSchedule installation, delivery or handoff the product to the customerJob DescriptionThe Customer Service Representative(CSR) role is responsible for handling the day to day relationship with customers.
