Job Title: Floating Visiting Nurse (RN) – Full Time Company: Legacy Home Care (Part of the Home Health Care, Inc. This full-time Visiting Nurse (RN) role is ideal for nurses looking to step away from the hospital or clinic setting and into a more autonomous, relationship-focused position. You’ll conduct skilled nursing visits to clients in the comfort of their homes, typically seeing 6–7 clients per day in a designated and strategic territory. In addition to your primary territory, this role includes occasional floating to nearby territories to help support patient load fluctuations —offering variety and an opportunity to make an even greater impact across our service area.
