Vision Sales Engineer - México

Remote Full-time
Vision Sales Engineer – Monterrey

About Overview.ai
Automation is a defining priority for manufacturers today. Automating quality inspection is one of the highest-impact ways this is happening; it directly affects yield, scrap rates, throughput, and whether production survives. Vision systems have been around for decades, but traditional competitors don't do true AI well. Their systems are rigid, require extensive programming, and struggle with the complexity of modern manufacturing.
That's changing now. Overview's edge-enabled AI vision devices handle assembly verification, defect detection, and orientation checks with accuracy that wasn't possible before. They integrate into existing production lines at speed, and customers see results on day one: higher yield, lower scrap, fewer escapes, faster throughput. This technology is new. The old rules don't apply.
Overview exists to catch every manufacturing defect in the world.

About the Role
This is a hands-on field role based in Monterrey, focused on building Overview's presence in the region through customer success and technical expertise. You'll work directly with manufacturers across Monterrey and surrounding areas, handling everything from initial discovery through successful production deployment.
You'll spend 60–80% of your time on factory floors, supporting customers, identifying high-impact use cases, and ensuring successful deployments. You'll operate with real autonomy: no scripts, no hand-holding. You'll be trusted to ask the right questions, make technical and commercial judgment calls in field environments, and move projects forward with support from Overview's engineering team.
This is a high-impact role for someone ready to grow technical expertise, build long-term customer relationships, and establish themselves as a trusted technical resource in the Monterrey manufacturing ecosystem.
