• Provide clear, constructive feedback to students to support continuous improvement
• Manage virtual classroom environments effectively, ensuring a positive and respectful atmosphere
• Track student progress through assessments and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
• Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, or adult learners to update on progress and address concerns
Requirements
• Proven experience in tutoring, teaching, or classroom management across diverse age groups
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning techniques
• Familiarity with learning technology platforms and digital educational tools
• Experience working with children, preschoolers, or in early childhood education settings is highly desirable
• Background in special education or experience supporting students with unique learning needs is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and connect with learners of all ages
• Ability to manage virtual classrooms effectively while maintaining high energy levels and enthusiasm
