Virtual Travel Coordinator
We are seeking a Travel Coordinator who loves to have fun, help others, and book travel!
Duties include arranging transportation, accommodations, and entertainment for business/leisure travelers. Travel Coordinators may also specialized by type of travel, developing a niche in the market. You will also be responsible for promoting travel packages on behalf of cruise lines, resorts, and specialty travel groups.
Roles & Responsibilities:
ā¢ Book client vacations
ā¢ Communicate with vendors and suppliers on behalf of client
ā¢ Display effective communication, negotiation and interaction skills
Requirements:
ā¢ Must be at least 18 years of age
ā¢ Attend ongoing virtual training is a must for future travels
ā¢ Must have computer or smartphone with internet access
ā¢ Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Skills:
ā¢ Self-Motivated
ā¢ Communication
ā¢ Internet Savvy (Must know how to use the internet)
