Roles & Responsibilities...

ΓΒ Customize trips to cater to individual preferences and specific needs
ΓΒ Pursue continuous training to achieve and maintain travel certification
ΓΒ Engage in webinars with vendors and suppliers to specialize in various destinations
ΓΒ Manage budget reviews and planning to ensure trips align with clients' financial constraints
ΓΒ Develop promotional materials to effectively market our services
ΓΒ Handle all aspects of travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, cruises, and ticket/event sales
ΓΒ Maintain clear communication with clients before and after their travels to ensure satisfaction
ΓΒ Resolve any issues that may arise during bookings or travel on behalf of clients
ΓΒ Network with tour operators to explore potential packages for clients
ΓΒ Flexible part-time or full-time commitment
Requirements:
ΓΒ Minimum age of 18 and authorized to work in the US
ΓΒ Effective communication skills with a strong sales background preferred
ΓΒ Smartphone with internet access required; laptop recommended but not mandatory
ΓΒ Personal travel experience is advantageous but not mandatory
ΓΒ Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
