Roles & Responsibilities...
Ā Research, craft, and execute exceptional itineraries tailored to delight our clients
Ā Customize trips to cater to individual preferences and specific needs
Ā Pursue continuous training to achieve and maintain travel certification
Ā Engage in webinars with vendors and suppliers to specialize in various destinations
Ā Manage budget reviews and planning to ensure trips align with clients' financial constraints
Ā Develop promotional materials to effectively market our services
Ā Handle all aspects of travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, cruises, and ticket/event sales
Ā Maintain clear communication with clients before and after their travels to ensure satisfaction
Ā Resolve any issues that may arise during bookings or travel on behalf of clients
Ā Network with tour operators to explore potential packages for clients
Ā Flexible part-time or full-time commitment
Requirements:
Ā Minimum age of 18 and authorized to work in the US
Ā Effective communication skills with a strong sales background preferred
Ā Smartphone with internet access required; laptop recommended but not mandatory
Ā Personal travel experience is advantageous but not mandatory
Ā Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
