Responsibilities:
• Research and analyze travel options such as flights, hotels, rental cars, cruises, tours, and activities
• Provide recommendations based on clients’ preferences and budget
• Book reservations for clients using online booking systems
• Manage client itineraries and make any necessary changes or updates
• Collect payments from clients
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
• Ensure all bookings adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
• No experience necessary; we provide training.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; no degree required.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Comfortable using digital platforms such as email, instant messaging apps etc.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Must have good problem solving skills.
