We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy assisting others and want to be part of a supportive travel services team. As a Virtual Travel Advisor, you will help coordinate personalized travel arrangements for clients while working in an online environment with schedule flexibility.
This opportunity is ideal for people who are organized, comfortable communicating with clients, and interested in building knowledge within the travel planning space. Step-by-step instruction and ongoing support are available to help new team members get started successfully.
What You'll Do
• Assist clients with arranging vacation experiences including resorts, flights, cruises, and activities
• Explore destination possibilities that match traveler interests and preferences
• Share helpful recommendations and general travel guidance
• Stay connected with clients using digital communication tools
• Work with travel vendors to secure and verify reservation details
• Review supplier promotions and updates to identify useful opportunities for travelers
• Maintain accurate trip information within booking platforms
• Provide attentive service throughout each stage of the planning journey
What We're Looking For
• Interest in supporting travelers as they prepare for upcoming trips
• Clear communication skills and a professional approach with clients
• Ability to manage multiple planning tasks in an organized manner
• Confidence working independently in a virtual setting
• Comfortable using online systems and research tools
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
• Residency in the U.S., U.K., or another qualifying location
• No previous travel background required; structured training is available
