• Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs effectively.
• Maintain a detailed and updated log of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Strive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and meet established performance benchmarks.
• Continuously improve your knowledge of company products and services to provide better support.
Qualifications
• Fluency in English with strong written communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Proficient in using computers and navigating various software applications.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work full-time on an hourly basis.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for virtual operations.

The pay range for this role is:
