Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Create a dynamic virtual classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and interaction.
• Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Incorporate multimedia resources and technology to enhance the learning experience.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field from an accredited university
• Proficiency in certified disciplines
• Teaching Certification
• NJ Certification REQUIRED
• Daytime and/or After School Availability
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
