JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for self-motivated individuals to join our virtual tax team for the upcoming tax season.
This opportunity is ideal for:
• Beginners looking to enter the tax industry
• Experienced preparers seeking additional income
• Entrepreneurs wanting flexibility
• Motivated professionals who enjoy helping clients
Selected candidates will receive access to tax software, training resources, office support, and marketing tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare and file individual tax returns
• Review client documents for accuracy
• Communicate professionally with clients
• Maintain IRS compliance standards
• Assist clients virtually throughout the tax process
• Upload and organize documents securely
• Build and maintain client relationships
QUALIFICATIONS
Beginners:
• Willingness to learn
• Professional communication skills
• Reliable internet/computer access
• Self-motivated attitude
Experienced Preparers:
• Previous tax preparation experience proof
• Knowledge of credits, deductions, and filing statuses
• PTIN
• Experience with tax software is a plus
COMPENSATION
This is a commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential.
Income is based on completed tax returns, client volume, and performance.
Top performers have the opportunity to grow their client base and increase earnings throughout the season.
