Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated, tech-savvy individuals to join our virtual team as Tax Preparer Team Members. This is a remote position, perfect for someone who wants to work from home while delivering exceptional service to clients.
No prior tax experience? No problem! Paid training begins September 15, 2025, and will fully prepare you for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and file federal and state tax returns for individuals and small businesses using professional tax software
• Conduct virtual consultations with clients to gather necessary documents and financial data
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with IRS regulations and filing requirements
• Maintain client confidentiality and data security
• Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout the filing process
• Participate in training and team meetings (virtually)
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using computers, mobile apps, and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Previous tax or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
