Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - SC
A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) skilled in telespeech services. This role involves delivering speech therapy sessions remotely to support students' communication development.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Conduct telespeech therapy sessions adhering to individualized education plans (IEPs).
ā¢ Assess and monitor student progress in communication skills.
ā¢ Collaborate with educational staff to tailor therapy strategies.
ā¢ Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions.
ā¢ Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff regarding therapy goals and progress.
Qualifications:
ā¢ Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
ā¢ Experience providing telespeech services in a school setting.
ā¢ Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders common in school-aged children.
ā¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ā¢ Ability to use teletherapy technology and platforms effectively.
