Job Overview:
Ā Provide virtual special education services to K-12 students with diverse learning needs.
Ā Deliver one-on-one or small group instruction in an online environment.
Ā Create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
Ā Develop engaging, tailored lesson plans for students with various disabilities (e.g., autism, learning disabilities).
Ā Use virtual platforms and digital tools to enhance learning and engagement.
Ā Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure student success.
Ā Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback.
Ā Maintain accurate records of student progress, goals, and communications.

Qualifications:
Ā Valid Special Education certification in the state of residence.
Ā 2+ years of experience working with students with disabilities.
Ā Experience in virtual learning environments preferred.

Ā Knowledgeable in IEP development and implementation.
