We’re urgently hiring for a secret shopper project and need fluent Spanish and English speakers to start right away.
What You’ll Do:
Pretend to be a potential client calling a law firm
Use the TextNow app to make the calls (we’ll provide guidance)
Follow a script and persona we provide
Each call lasts around 20–25 minutes
Submit brief written feedback after each call
Project Details:
15 calls available this month — total pay is $250
More calls may be available next month if things go well
Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish and English (must be able to read, write, and speak both)
Comfortable using Slack and Google Sheets
Able to follow instructions and work independently
Available to call weekdays before 2pm PT (no weekend calls)
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
