Virtual School Audiologist | Pennsylvania

An opportunity is available for an experienced audiologist specializing in telehealth services to support student populations in an educational setting. This contract role is located in Lock Haven, PA, and focuses on delivering comprehensive audiological evaluations and interventions remotely to enhance student access to critical hearing and communication support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct telehealth audiological assessments to identify hearing impairments and related communication disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to each student's needs.
• Collaborate with educators and other healthcare professionals to support student auditory health within the school environment.
• Maintain detailed documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide counseling and education to students, parents, and school staff regarding hearing health and the use of assistive listening devices.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
• Valid licensure or certification as an audiologist with eligibility to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Proven experience delivering audiology services via telehealth platforms.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric audiology and educational audiology practices.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage caseload independently while adhering to timelines and documentation requirements.
