What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to sit or stand for long durations (e.g., 8 hours) while engaging with customers
- Minimum of 1-3 years of retail, customer-facing, and/or call center sales experience
- Strong competitive spirit with a desire to meet and exceed sales goals
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interactions
- Capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a sales-oriented role within retail or call center environments
- Familiarity with video communication platforms for customer interactions
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer needs efficiently
