• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
• Thorough knowledge of Drury Hotels' policies and procedures for guest service.
• Ability to operate a computer.
• Ability to use the Drury Spirit Reservation Process.
Nice-to-haves
• Knowledge and skill equivalent to four years of high school.
• Experience working with the public in a service industry.
