As a Virtual Research Assistant , you will gather information, compile data, summarize findings, and support research documents and presentations. This is a flexible, project-based role ideal for independent workers, students, or anyone who enjoys online research and analysis. Key Responsibilities Conduct online research across reliable sources (articles, databases, reports, etc.). Organize and summarize information in clear written formats. Create documents, spreadsheets, or brief reports based on research findings. Assist with data entry and content validation tasks. Maintain accurate project records and track assigned tasks. Communicate progress and findings to project leads in a timely manner. Qualifications High school diploma required; college coursework preferred but not mandatory. Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills. Good attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Comfortable working with Google Docs / Sheets or Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. No prior research experience required — training and guidance provided. Preferred (Not Required) Experience in academic research, report writing, or administrative support. Familiarity with organizing references or sourcing citations.
