Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous experience in a customer support or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure
Proficient in using chat and communication software
Highly organized with great attention to detail
