What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent people skills and a desire to work in a fast-paced, high call volume environment
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate computer systems effectively
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous work experience at a call center is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Self-motivated and highly driven
- Previous administrative or clerical experience
- Tech-savvy enough to troubleshoot minor computer issues
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
