About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Virtual Receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional call answering and administrative support services for our clients. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting callers, taking messages, transferring calls, and providing general information in a courteous and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls promptly, professionally, and with a friendly tone
Handle caller inquiries, take accurate messages, and relay them to the appropriate parties
Transfer calls to internal teams or client contacts as necessary
Provide basic information about services or direct calls to resources when needed
Manage multiple client accounts and follow specific call handling instructions
Document call details accurately and maintain updated call logs
Assist with scheduling appointments or follow-up calls if required
Deliver excellent customer service on every call
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written)
Light accent is acceptable, but clarity and professionalism are essential
Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or call center role is preferred
Confident, polite, and courteous phone manner
Ability to multitask and follow detailed instructions for different clients
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Access to a quiet work environment and reliable high-speed internet
Proficient with communication tools such as VoIP, CRM platforms, and email
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working remotely in a client-facing role
Familiarity with tools like Google chat, sheets, docs, Workspace, Zoom, and Dialpad
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, though not required
