What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in Georgia, Texas, or North Carolina
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high call volume environment
- Excellent people skills and a friendly attitude
- Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot minor computer issues
- Minimum equipment requirement: wired internet connection and high-quality wired headset with a microphone
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous work experience at a call center
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and highly driven with the ability to work independently
- Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment
- Availability to work a minimum of 2 hours on weekends
